June 1, 2015, Rep. Joe Crowley, leader of the Queens County Democratic Party, and Rep. Grace Meng held a campaign luncheon in support of Hilary Clinton’s 2016 campaign. It was the second of three fundraisers held for Clinton in the New York City area, also the very first one targeting Chinese-American community.
As an outstanding attorney in Chinese-American community, Michael X. Tang, Esq. attended this fundraiser. After the luncheon, Mr. Tang accepted the interview of “The China Press”, during which Mr. Tang stated that he believe Hilary Clinton can be a powerful defender of Americans’ benefits.
